Can you send me more pictures of the desired model? Since we receive many enquiries, some of which are from our competitors trying to keep us busy, we send additional pictures only to our existing customers.

Do I get a tracking number? After we have processed the order within 1–2 business days, we will send you the tracking number by email and will also keep you updated via your phone number. Delivery then takes up to 20 business days from the date of dispatch.

How fast is the delivery time? As soon as payment is confirmed, we process your order in our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Subsequently, we ship it with DHL or UPS, and delivery takes up to 20 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping is free worldwide.

What type of glass do you use to manufacture the watches? All our watches feature highly resistant, scratch-proof Sapphire crystal.

Can I pay with my VISA/Mastercard? We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Do you deliver to my country? Due to the recent pandemic, we cannot deliver to some countries. If you do not find your country in the checkout options, this means that we cannot ship there at the moment.
